Only a 45 minute drive from the CBD and you find yourself in a folk country haven. Warrandyte has been famous for its beautiful Yarra River but also for being one of the first victorian towns to discover gold in 1851. Grab a local coffee and head down to the yarra river to enjoy natures gift in untouched Warrandyte.

- Warrandyte Market

The dog friendly Warrandyte riverside market is held the first Saturday of every month from 8am - 1pm. You will find local, hand made, hand crafted, grown and baked at home with love from the artists, crafters, designers, seemstresses, builders, wood workers, potters, growers, cooks and artisans of the greater Warrandyte region and beyond.

- Warrandyte Festival

The Warrandyte festival is one of the last volunteer-run festivals remaining in Victoria. It is held every year in mid-march. You can expect many activities, animals, crafts, beautiful art and historical exhibitions. Bring your children, friends, lovers and animals.

- Warrandyte retail, cafes and restaurants
