How to make an Immunity Boosting Juice w Lemon Ginger Turmeric Cayenne Orange!



It's time to take care of that tickle in your throat. This immunity boosting juice and wellness shot will leave you feeling healthy, alive and ready to take on this winter! Turmeric helps in boosting skin health, lemon has anti-ageing and anti-inflammatory properties, ginger and lemon is good for digestive system and oranges are full of vitamin C!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 x Oranges

  • 1 x Lemon

  • 1 x Ginger (2x2cm)

  • 1 x Turmeric (5cm long piece)

  • 1 x dash of cayenne Pepper


METHOD:

  • Cut skin of all oranges and lemon, use tea spoon to graze skin off ginger

  • Turn juicer on and place all ingredients into juicer

  • add a dash of cayenne pepper into juice, pour into glass and enjoy!
