Our Byron Bay Yoga Retreat is just around the corner and we thought we would make your life a lot easier with this go-to packing list for any retreat. Our retreat is in September for 3 nights and 4 days. We've linked some of our favourite brands if you need something new otherwise anything in the cupboard should work fine!
You are going to need
3 bags:
Our retreat guests may or may not be receiving the perfect, beach-appropriate, 'State of Salt' tote bag when they arrive...
For your hand bag/man bag:
Sunglasses/nomal glasses if you wear them (cutest sunnies from St Agni here)
purse/wallet
phone, charger and headphones
waterbottle
Book/ kindle and charger.
For your main bag:
Yoga Gear:
2-3 leggings/shorts/sweatpants
2-3 sports bras
2-3 yoga tops
1 Jumper ( SIR the label fluffy wool and alpaca blend jumper)
the yoga mats/blocks/blankets/bolsters are provided on our retreat but you're always welcome to bring your own!
yoga towel, if you like lying this over your mat you might want to bring?
Nightware:
pyjamas
bathers
undies + bra + socks (extra undies for after swimming, BECAUSE THERE IS AN INFINITY POOL!)
bag for dirty clothes
Casual Clothes:
2 pants/shorts/skirts
2 casual tops
1 casual jumper
Shoes:
1 pair of sandals (these are very Byron if you need new shoes...)
1 pair of sneakers - lighthouse walk is stunning
Toiletries:
face wash
moisturiser
SPF
makeup if thats your jam!
toothbrush and paste
deodorant
Sanitary items - moon cup/tampons/pads
any personal medication
ear plugs if you're sharing a room with a snorer
